My two nieces look after my lovely sister Pat, they both hold down jobs too. 

At the home she is treated like a queen. Her bedroom is her palace! They are amazing with the way they are so lovely and they spend precious time with her. They do not make a fuss about anything they do. Thank you Kath and Trish.
