Shylet

Shylet has developed a real understanding of my Mum's mindset. As Mum's physical condition and her dementia have worsened, Shylet has proactively suggested improvements to her environment and supported me and my sister over the last three years. She has adapted to the important points in Mum's week (reading the newspaper, fish and chips on Friday and pizza on Sunday) to make them important to her too.
