This website is operated by Jelly Drops. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jelly Drops. Jelly Drops offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In no case shall Jelly Drops, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

SECTION 21 - CHARITY AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

Jelly Drops will donate to Alzheimer’s Society (Charity Number 296645) a donation of 10 % of the price of each Product purchased by a customer who has accessed the Jelly Drops online shop directly through the Alzheimer’s Society online shop.

    • Designed to support your hydration and health, our formula provides a healthy vitamin boost without clashing with other supplements you may be taking. 

      Each pack contains 0.28 mg of Vitamin B6, 24 μg of Vitamin B9, and 0.50 μg of Vitamin B12.

      The NHS guidelines suggest daily limits of 200 mg for B6 and 1 mg for B9—both far above what you’d get, even if you enjoyed several packs. No upper limit is currently set by the NHS for B12.

      Since everyone’s health is unique, it’s best to check with your medical professional if you have any concerns.
    • Once you’ve placed your order, there’s a small window of time to make any changes, so be sure to double-check your shipping and contact details before completing your order. After your payment is processed and an order number is generated, your order is considered complete, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

      We’re here to help and will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we can’t always guarantee we can catch your order before dispatch. If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please reach out before the order is labelled for dispatch, and we’ll process a full refund if we’re able to cancel.

      Subscriptions

      You can cancel your Jelly Drops subscription at any time through your Jelly Drops Account or by contacting us. We only ask for a quick reason so we can improve, but no pressure! Just a quick reminder — subscription cancellations won’t affect any orders that have already been processed, as once an order number is created, it follows our Returns Policy.
    • As with drinking water or eating healthy foods, how many Jelly Drops you consume is completely up to you, and by eating more you can help further boost your hydration.

      Made with 95% water, Jelly Drops are sugar free, fat free and contain only 2g of carbohydrates per serving, meaning that many aspects people often need to control in their diet are not an issue with eating too many Jelly Drops.

      As everyone is unique and has their own individual health requirements, you should still consider any specific dietary advice you are following. If you have any questions or concerns, we recommend checking with your relevant medical professional. If you require any additional information on the ingredients, including the electrolyte breakdown, please get in touch.

      Each pack of Jelly Drops contains 50ml of water. Vitamin wise, each pack contains 20% of the Nutritional Reference Value (NRV) of B6 (0.28 mg), B9 (24 μg), and B12 (24 μg), offering an essential vitamin boost whilst staying well within recommended guidelines.

      The NHS recommends that you should have no more than 200mg of B6 each day and no more than 1mg of B9, both far above what you’d receive even if you had dozens of packs, or if you ate a regular amount alongside existing sources of vitamins. The NHS currently does not recommend an upper limit for B12.

      You can have up to 25 pots of Jelly Drops a day… but honestly, that sounds like a lot of snacking – even for us!😄
    • Jelly Drops are sugar-free and contain only 2g of carbs per pack (9 drops, referred to as a "portion" in the table below). 

      If you’re unsure about including them in your diet, we recommend speaking with a medical professional. We recommend using the table below to help with nutritional planning.

    • Yes, our packaging is recyclable! Simply separate it into its parts—cardboard (including the delivery box) goes with cardboard recycling, and the individual packs go with plastic. 

      We’re still working on the film, which isn’t recyclable yet, but we’ll keep you updated!
    • Express delivery isn’t available at the moment, but with our standard service, your Jelly Drops should arrive within 1-3 working days! 

      We’ll send a tracking link when your order is dispatched, so you can stay in the loop. You can also set delivery preferences, like choosing a specific date, a neighbour, or a safe place to leave your parcel. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD depending on size, but we can be flexible—just let us know if you have a courier preference.

    • Jelly Drops are available in 6 tasty flavours: strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, orange, lemon, and peach– all made with natural flavourings and non-artificial colours.

      Apologies, we currently don't offer customised flavour options.
    • Jelly Drops are made with 95% water, but they won’t melt, burst, dissolve or have a liquid centre!

      We’ve designed them with a solid texture that’s still super easy to eat. Many people say they feel a bit like traditional jelly, but they’re different from traditional sweets like wine gums or jelly beans.
    • We suggest you consume 2 to 3 packs each day, to provide a hydration boost and gain the optimal health benefits from the added B vitamins and electrolytes.

      Each individual pack of Jelly Drops contains around 9 jelly treats which is the equivalent of 50ml of water.

      As with any food that provides health benefits, it’s completely up to you how many you eat. But every pack will contribute to supporting your daily health and hydration needs.

      If you are struggling to eat the suggested 2 to 3 packs per day, then rest assured that every pack consumed will provide much needed additional water intake, as well as the associated health benefits from the vitamins and electrolytes. Many people find it easier to increase the amount they eat over time.

      Remember, with Jelly Drops we are trying to top up hydration levels, and not replace liquids. So if your loved one likes cups of tea, but struggles to drink a glass of water, we suggest you keep offering your loved one their favourite drink. A good tip is to offer your loved one Jelly Drops at certain times of the day, so for example when your loved first wakes up, with meals or when your loved one is watching TV.

      We know things can be unpredictable, so we’ve made sure our subscription plans are flexible. No fees, no long-term commitments—edit or cancel your plan whenever you like!

      If you ever need to change or cancel your plan, just let us know before the next payment is due. 

      With the subscription, a 42x pack (9 drops/50ml of water per pack) costs £41.58, plus £6.95 for tracked delivery in 1-3 working days. You’ll save £15.12 per delivery compared to one-off purchases.

    • Our subscription plans are completely flexible, with no minimum terms, and you can cancel anytime—we totally understand!

      If you’d like to cancel, you can contact us directly or manage it yourself through your Jelly Drops online account:

      Log in to your account and click on the Manage Subscriptions tab.

      Scroll down and select Reschedule, pause, or cancel this subscription.

      Choose to either pause your subscription temporarily or click Cancel subscription to stop it entirely.

      Pick the reason that best explains your decision (your feedback helps us improve!) and click Next. Then confirm by selecting Cancel my subscription. You’ll receive a confirmation email right away.

      Keep in mind that cancelling a subscription doesn’t affect any orders that have already been processed and charged. If you’ve received a confirmation email for an upcoming delivery, let us know as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel. We’ll try our best to make changes, but once it’s being dispatched, adjustments may not be possible.
    • Jelly Drops come with at least 8 weeks of shelf life from delivery—just store them in a dark place to prevent colour fade.

      Once a pack is opened, it’s best to enjoy them within 1 day for maximum water content, though they’ll stay good for up to 7 days if covered.

      While refrigeration isn’t required, it’s a great way to enjoy them as a refreshing treat!💧

    • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for UK orders. Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges aren’t available after 14 days or for orders shipped outside the UK. 

      To initiate a return, please get in touch with us for the return address.

      Please note:

      You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping.

      Delivery charges aren’t refundable.

      Always keep your courier receipt for reference. For larger value packs, tracked shipping or insurance is highly recommended.

      Refunds (if applicable)

      Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and approving your return. Please get in touch before sending anything back, as unapproved returns may not qualify.

      Haven’t received your refund yet? Double-check with your bank, as processing times can vary.

      Exchanges 

      If your Jelly Drops arrive damaged, reach out to us with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
    • Jelly Drops are 100% vegan-friendly! We use plant-based gelling agents instead of gelatin and would never conduct animal testing.
    • Jelly Drops are soft and easy to chew—and denture friendly. Although, they don’t dissolve, melt, or burst, so they need to be chewed thoroughly before swallowing. 

      If swallowing difficulties are a concern, we recommend consulting a Speech and Language Therapist before consuming.

      Jelly Drops have been independently assessed as Level 7 on the IDDSI Framework, which supports safer food and drink options for those with swallowing needs.

    • No, Jelly Drops don’t need to be stored in the fridge. But feel free to pop them in the fridge if you like them chilled. Many of our customers prefer them out of the fridge as a refreshing treat! Just avoid freezing or leaving them in the sun💧

    • Jelly Drops can be purchased as a one-off order or as part of a recurring subscription, depending on the option selected at checkout. 

      Payments are made online only through our website via debit or credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

      Before confirming your order on checkout, it is likely you will need to complete an extra verification step with your bank to approve the transaction. Please ensure your contact details are up to date with your bank or have access to your banking app. 

      Once an order is confirmed, payment is taken immediately and confirmation is presented onscreen and through email. If your payment fails you will be notified onscreen and have the opportunity to try again, but your order will not be confirmed until payment is successfully taken and order confirmation is generated.

      It is your responsibility to ensure that the details entered at point of purchase are correct and this includes the postage address and email address. If you have not received the email order confirmation or have any problems making a payment, please contact us.

      Subscriptions

      You have the option to subscribe to regular deliveries, instead of making individual purchases by selecting the ‘GET FREE TRIAL’ option at checkout (Or by selecting ‘CLAIM YOUR FREE TRIAL’ through the page https://www.jellydrops.com/pages/free-trial). For each sample that is ordered from our website an attached subscription applies.

      By default we will only charge you the postage fee to ship the 2x pack sample. The first subscription box, the 42x pack, will activate 10 days later. From there, we will automatically charge your card in line with your chosen frequency. If you choose to send the first subscription box alongside the sample by selecting this option at checkout, the chosen frequency will apply from that date. 

      There are no fixed contracts and your subscription will automatically continue unless you cancel or modify your subscription before your next scheduled payment date. We will send you a courtesy email reminder 3 days prior to the order being created. If a payment fails, it will reattempt automatically daily and you will be notified. A failed payment does not signify the cancellation of a subscription.

      Any changes made to a subscription impact future orders only and not any orders that have already been created. This includes if your subscription was cancelled but an order had already been created, this will need to be cancelled separately. 

      Subscriptions can be changed or cancelled at any time but we cannot guarantee an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been created. 

      Returns & Order Issues

      We can accept returns within 14 days of delivery within the UK. Orders placed outside of the UK cannot be returned. 

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of an incomplete box. 

      To return your Jelly Drops, please contact us to receive the return address.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please keep your receipt from the courier for reference.

      Any approved refunds will be via your original payment method only. Processing times vary between banks but please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to show back in your account.

      Missing Deliveries: When a delivery goes missing at no fault of the customer, we will arrange a replacement or refund as required. Under our courier terms and conditions, orders can only be classed as missing after 15 days from the last courier tracking update. Any issue must be raised within 45 days of the last tracking update.

      Damaged Deliveries: Deliveries that have been damaged in transit will be eligible for a part or full refund or replacement, as appropriate to the level of damage. Any claims relating to damaged deliveries must be made with photos of the damage, as required by our couriers' terms of service.

    • Want to surprise a loved one with Jelly Drops or send them directly if you are unable to visit? You can easily have them sent directly to your loved one via our website. 

      When you’re checking out, we recommend entering your email address to receive order confirmation and tracking details. In the first ‘Delivery’ section, just add your loved one’s details, and don’t forget to untick the box under the ‘Payment’ section. This will let you add your billing address instead.

      Just a heads-up: we won’t include any invoices in the shipment!

      Card verification

      As with all online purchases, your bank needs to approve the payment before your order goes through. After entering your payment details and clicking ‘Place my order,’ you may be prompted to approve the payment, either through your banking app or a call/message from your bank. 

      If you’re not getting messages, check with your bank to make sure your contact info is up-to-date, and then try again.

      iPad devices

      We’ve noticed that some older iPads may have trouble processing orders. If you’re using an older iPad, try updating it or using a different device to complete your order.
