Sam is my mam's carer when both me and my sister work. My mam suffers from Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia and Sam who works for Crossroads carers is so kind, patient and professional in her approach to mam's care .
She goes beyond her role and responsibilities helping and supporting mam with meals, personal care, household chores and social activities.
She keeps us updated on how mam is and supports us as a family and has often helped us out where other care support may not have been able to attend.
My mam loves her company and is always happy and upbeat after spending time with Sam , she is a total star.
